Please find attached interrogatories related to Call for comments on TELUS Communications Company's proposed relief from requirements for the expansion of local calling area regulatory framework, Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2008-9, 11 June 2008 (Telecom Public Notice 2008-9).

ATTACHMENT
- With respect to your 11 July 2008 response to the interrogatory associated with Telecom Public Notice 2008-9, for each of the pending requests for expanded local calling areas that were listed in Attachments 1 and 2 of your response:
a) identify all of the exchanges associated with each request that relate to the municipality's community of interest ;
b) in your response to part a) above for the requests identified in Attachment 1, identify the forborne exchanges and specify whether the forbearance relates to residential or business local exchange services or both; and
c) in your response to part a) above, for each exchange specify whether the exchange is designated as a high cost serving area for the provision of residential local exchange service.
