Subject: Revised incremental cost model and proposed subscription rates for the National Do Not Call List
Dear Mr. Rowe:
On 21 May 2008, the Commission approved Bell Canada's proposed rates for subscriptions to the National Do Not Call List (DNCL).
On 31 March 2009, Bell Canada submitted an update to its prospective incremental cost model and a proposal for subscription rate increases for Commission approval.
The Commission has reviewed the information provided by Bell Canada and is satisfied that the revised incremental cost model submitted in support of the proposed rate increases is reasonable. The Commission also finds that the proposed rate increases for subscriptions to the National DNCL are reasonable.
In light of the above, the Commission approves Bell Canada's proposed revised rates for subscriptions to the National DNCL. The approved revised rates are shown in the appendix to this letter. The approved rates are effective for a twelve-month period, from 1 August 2009 to 31 July 2010.
