Re: Vaxination Informatique’s request to withdraw Part VII application regarding Telecom Order 2009-484
By letter dated 18 September 2009, Vaxination Informatique (Vaxination) applied to withdraw its 20 August 2009 application related to the implementation of Telecom Order 2009-484, in light of TekSavvy Solution Inc.’s two applications related to that Order dated 11 September 2009.
Vaxination’s application is accepted and the file has been closed.
Accordingly, parties can disregard the process set out in Commission staff’s letter dated 1st September 2009 with respect to Vaxination’s application given that it is no longer applicable.
