RE: Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 242 and Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7181 – Request for Extension for the Filing of Reply Comments
Dear Madams and Sirs:
In a letter dated 20 November 2009, Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership and Bell Canada (collectively, the Bell companies) stated that in light of the extensive scope of the comments received regarding their proposals in Tariff Notices 242 and 7181, they would be unable to provide their reply comments by the due date stipulated in the Commission’s 1 September 2009 letter. The Bell companies accordingly requested that the due date be extended to 4 December 2009.
In light of the above, Commission staff accepts the Bell companies’ request. The date for the filing of reply comments is extended to 4 December 2009.
