The Commission received two comments that did not address issues directly relevant to the present applications. The comments can be found on the Commission's website at www.crtc.gc.ca under "Public Proceedings." | |

In Accessibility of telecommunications and broadcasting services, Broadcasting and Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2009-430, 21 July 2009, the Commission invited conventional broadcasters to apply to amend their licences in order to provide these broadcasters with a measure of flexibility and to take into account requests from persons with disabilities for a wider choice of described video programming. The Commission considered it appropriate to add two more categories of programming to those that licensees of conventional television stations may use to fulfill their commitments for described video 9 Variety and 11 General entertainment and human interest. | |

Accordingly, as requested by the licensee, the Commission amends the licences for the above-noted undertakings by replacing the current condition of licence relating to described video with the following condition of licence: | |
