1.	Further to Broadcasting Notice of Consultation 2010-41, the Commission announces that the following two documents received from TVA Group Inc. in support of its application that triggered this call for comments are available on the public record of this proceeding.
2.	The Commission notes that views expressed in these documents are those of the authors and not those of the Commission, and they do not dictate the agenda or the determinations of this proceeding.
3.	The Commission also extends the deadline for filing comments set out in Broadcasting Notice of Consultation 2010-41. The new deadline for filing comments is therefore 30 March 2010.
