Further to Broadcasting Notice of Consultation 2010-649, the Commission announces the following:
The applicant has submitted an amendment to its application by withdrawing the request for time-limited mandatory access. The Commission has accepted the amendment.
Interventions regarding only this amendment may be made by 15 October 2010. The applicant may reply to any interventions regarding its application by 20 October 2010.
