Dear Sirs:
The Commission is in receipt of your request, dated 21 December 2009, seeking an extension until 26 February 2010 for the filing of some of the follow-up information required pursuant to Telecom Decision 2008-1 relating to your companies’ broadband expansion proposal. This information was to be filed by 15 January 2010. Specifically, you submit that, due to workload issues, you require additional time to provide certain cost-related information, deferral account drawdown estimates and a detailed wholesale services’ tariff proposal for your broadband expansion proposal, but that you will be able to provide the other required information by the 15 January 2010 deadline.
In light of the above, the deadline set out in the Commission staff’s letter dated 25 September 2009 for your companies’ submission is extended to 26 February 2010 with respect to the information identified above for which you require additional time. All other required information must be submitted by the 15 January 2010 deadline.
