Interrogatory to Kincardine Cable T.V. Ltd.

101. At paragraph 10 of its evidence, Kincardine Cable T.V. Ltd. stated the following:

“A quick review of the financial statements of those SILECs which are public companies or which are municipally owned would clearly show that their continued financial viability is not at stake.”

Provide your analysis of those financial statements that support this statement.
