1. At the public hearing that began on 19 November 2012, the Commission indicated that parties that have intervened in this proceeding would have an opportunity to file final written comments. Parties are reminded that final comments must address only new information presented by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation during the reply phase on 30 November 2012. The Commission will not take into consideration comments dealing with any other matters and such comments will not form part of the public record of this proceeding. Interveners may file their final comments, serving the applicant, on or before 11 December 2012.

2. The applicant may file a final reply with respect to these comments and the undertakings that have been taken under advisement by the Commission and added to the public record of this proceeding on 30 November 2012. The applicant must file its final reply on or before 18 December 2012, serving the interveners to whom the applicant is replying.

3. Final comments should be no more than 5 pages. Parties are reminded that no new evidence should be introduced in their final comments or in the final reply.
