Review of the Local Programming Improvement Fund
Deadline for the submission of undertakings is 25 April 2012

- At the 16 April 2012 hearing, the Commission confirmed that those who filed interventions for the above-noted proceeding would have an opportunity to file final written submissions following the hearing. The Commission hereby announces that the interveners that were asked to provide undertakings are given until 25 April 2012 to do so. In addition, the Commission will accept final written submissions from those who filed interventions in this proceeding provided that they submit such interventions on or before 2 May 2012.
- Final written submissions should not exceed 10 pages. Parties are reminded that no new evidence should be introduced in their final written submissions with the exception of information requested by the Commission.
- All undertakings filed as part of the present hearing will be posted on the Commission’s website and made available through the following link: “Undertakings”.
