Call for comments on amendments to various regulations, standard conditions of licence and an exemption order to implement measures to control the loudness of commercial messages - Addition to paragraph 7
1. The Commission amends Broadcasting Notice of Consultation 2011-803 in order to add the following sentence to the end of paragraph 7:
The Commission intends to impose the condition of licence proposed in Appendix 3 on VOD undertakings that have applied to renew their broadcasting licences and for which applications are set out in Notice of applications received, Broadcasting Notice of Consultation CRTC 2011-600, 20 September 2011.
