Dear Mr. Cherry,

This is in reference to your application for a technical amendment to a broadcasting license for an analog radio programming undertaking for CFSI-FM Salt Spring Island, BC.

Section 28(1)(a) of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure provides that the Commission may request parties to file information, particulars or documents where needed.

Please answer the following questions:

Additionally, please provide the population and number of households contained in the combined 3mV/m and 0.5mV/m contours of CFSI-FM and the proposed CFSI-FM-1.
  2. The Commission also notes that your proposed technical amendments would increase your coverage area. Please provide incremental revenue projections coming from this increase in coverage.

The Commission reminds applicants that pursuant to section 27(1) of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure:

The applicant may file a reply to an answer or to the document of an intervener with the Commission within 10 days after the deadline for the filing of the answer or the deadline for intervening in the proceeding, as the case may be, or, if a notice of consultation is posted by the Commission on its website, within the time period set out in the notice.
