Re: Application 2011-0889-5 – CHNC-FM-1 Carleton, Québec

This is in reference to the application submitted by la Coopérative des travailleurs CHNC for a technical amendment to the broadcasting licence for the radio programming undertaking CHNC-FM New Carlisle to modify the technical parameters of its transmitter CHNC-FM-1 Carleton.

Section 28(1)(a) of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure provides that the Commission may request parties to file information, particulars or documents where needed.

Please provide the following information:

  1. In Section 3 of the application form, we note that you included a fax number. However, please note that section 22 (2) b) of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure indicate all applicants must file a “website address or, if the application is not posted on their website, the email address where an electronic copy of the application may be requested”. Please file a website of email address as requested.

The information requested herein should be received by the Commission no later than
22 June 2011
, failing which, your application may be returned to be completed and resubmitted with the Commission should you wish to pursue this proposal.

A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
