Further to Broadcasting Notice of Consultation 2012-126, the Commission announces the following:

The following items are amended and the changes are in bold.

Item 10

Toronto, Ontario
Application 2011-1628-6

Application by Frank Torres, on behalf of a corporation to be incorporated, for a broadcasting licence to operate an English-language commercial FM radio programming undertaking in Toronto.

The proposed station would operate on frequency 88.1 MHz (channel 201B) with an average effective radiated power (ERP) of 2,000 watts (maximum ERP of 8,000 watts with an effective height of antenna above average terrain of 282.2 metres).

The applicant proposes a Blues-Rock music format. The applicant proposes to devote at least 20% of the musical programming broadcast each week to musical selections from subcategory 34 (Jazz and blues).
