Application by Michael Wekerle, on behalf of a corporation to be incorporated, for a broadcasting licence to operate an English-language commercial FM radio programming undertaking in Toronto.
The applicant filed a procedural letter dated 17 April 2012 requesting that new information be added to the public file. The applicant stated that it had made a verbal agreement with Stingray Digital Inc. (Stingray) regarding potential participation by Stingray in its proposed FM service. The parties have verbally agreed that should this application be approved, Stingray will acquire non-voting shares in the corporation to be incorporated. The precise terms of the business arrangement between the parties will be negotiated following the issuance of a favourable decision.

Application by Rogers Broadcasting Limited (Rogers) for authority to acquire from Bluepoint Investments Inc. (Bluepoint), the assets of Saskatchewan Communications Network, a non-commercial, satellite-to-cable programming undertaking for the purpose of distributing educational programming in Saskatchewan.
Bluepoint will also be required to appear to answer any questions the Commission may have in relation to this application.
As requested by Rogers in its procedural letter of 12 April 2012, the Commission will allow Rogers to select three interveners to appear in support of its application.
