Revocation of licence

  1. OKalaKatiget Society has confirmed its eligibility for exemption in accordance with Exemption order respecting certain network operations, Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2006-143, 10 November 2006, and as a result it has requested the revocation of the broadcasting licence for its radio network.
  2. Given the licensee’s request and pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to OKalaKatiget Society for the above-mentioned undertaking.
