At the 10 September 2012 hearing, the Commission indicated that parties that have intervened in this proceeding for the above-noted application would have an opportunity to file final written comments in respect of item 1 following the conclusion of the hearing. Parties are reminded that final comments must address only new proposals or information submitted by BCE Inc., on behalf of Astral Media inc., at the hearing or in written undertakings requested by the Commission at the hearing. The Commission will not take into consideration comments dealing with any other matters. Interveners may file their final comments, serving the applicant, on or before 21 September 2012. The applicant may file a final reply in respect of these comments, serving the interveners to whom the applicant is replying, by 28 September 2012.
Final comments should be no more than 10 pages, excluding information requested by the Commission during the hearing. Parties are reminded that no new evidence should be introduced in their final comments or in final reply.
