Further to Broadcasting Notices of Consultation 2012-475, 2012-475-1 and 2012-475-2, the Commission announces the addition of the following information pertaining to items 4 and 18, as well as a correction to item 24 (the changes are in bold):

Application by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) for a broadcasting licence to operate a new French-language FM radio programming undertaking in Winnipeg to replace CKSB St-Boniface (Première Chaîne) and its nested FM rebroadcasting transmitter CKSB-10-FM Winnipeg and to revoke the broadcasting licence for CKSB after a three-month simulcast period.
This application is technically mutually exclusive with an application by Golden West Broadcasting Ltd. (2012-0446-1), which will also be considered at this hearing.
