Re: Complaint by OUTtv Network Inc. alleging undue preference by Bell Canada (Bell)

Dear Mr Danks :

This is reference to your application to 2011-1661-6  byOUTtv Network Inc.  to present an allegation of undue preference/disadvantage against Bell relating to the distribution arrangements for the national, English-language Category A specialty television programming undertaking known as OUTtv.

As per your letter dated 3 February 2012 requesting not to proceed with the above-noted application, the Commission has closed the file. 

A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
