Subject: Application for pay telephone compensation per call for toll-free calls – Request for an extension for filing a reply
Dear Mr. Lussier:
The Commission acknowledges receipt of a letter dated 9 October 2012 from AFX Communications, requesting that the deadline for filing its reply to interventions submitted in connection with the above-mentioned application be moved from 11 October 2012 to 19 October 2012. AFX stated that it had limited resources and needed more time to respond adequately to the interventions.
Commission staff grants AFX Communications’ request for an extension. It therefore has until 19 October 2012 to file its reply.
