Subject: Non-compliance with the applicable regulations by a proposed CLEC
in the territories of Téléphone Milot inc.

Dear Madam:

On 7 November 2012, the Commission received an application from Téléphone Milot inc. (Milot) in which the latter claimed that Cablovision Warwick Inc. was offering local telephone services in the territory served by Milot, in violation of the applicable regulations.

As part of that application, the company submitted documents – exhibits P-1 and P-2 – in which information is revealed that could be used to associate identifiable persons with their presumed service provider.

Commission staff is concerned that this information could be considered private information and that disclosure of it would not be justified beyond the Commission and the respondent to the application.

Accordingly, Milot must file, no later than 28 November 2012, an abridged version of exhibits P-1 and P-2, in which the information that could be used to associate identifiable persons with their presumed service provider has been removed. Commission staff will retain in the file, as confidential versions, exhibits P-1 and P-2 already filed by Milot in connection with its application.

All submissions are to be made in accordance with the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure, SOR/2010-277.

Yours truly,
