Dear Sirs:

On 17 December 2012, the Commission received an application from Execulink Telecom Inc. (the applicant), in which the company requested that the Commission issue, on an expedited basis, an order directing Nor-Del Cablevision Limited (Nor-Del) to cease and desist offering unauthorised competitive local exchange services.

Commission staff considers it appropriate to expedite the intervention and reply period for this application. Accordingly, Nor-Del and other parties may file interventions with the Commission and serve such interventions on the applicant, by 21 January 2013. The applicant may file reply comments with the Commission, serving copies on all other parties, by 28 January 2013.

All submissions are to be made in accordance with the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure, SOR/2010-277.
