Dear Mrs. Kirshenblatt:
This is in reference to the application regarding the radio station CBON-FM Sudbury (Ontario), to amend the technical parameters of its rebroadcasting transmitter CBON-FM-26 Hearst, and the information provided on the application form.
Paragraph 28(1)(a) of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure states that the Commission may require a party to provide information, particulars or documents that it considers necessary.
As such, please provide the following information.
1) The technical information section (4) of the application indicates that there is a change in power but no change in class. Please correct the class indicated for the transmitter in service.
2) The marketing section (7) of the application indicates that the population present in the 3 mV/m and 0.5 mV/m coverage contours is identical. Please correct this information or provide details on the data obtained from Statistics Canada (granularity/resolution of distribution areas).
You are required to provide the information/document(s) noted above on the public record by 15 April 2013.
Considering the above request, the timetable for the proceeding is changed as follows:
