Re: Part 1 Application - Billing of calls placed from Bell Canada payphones which contravene the Telecommunications Act and are inconsistent with directives issued by the CRTC

In a letter dated 12 April 2013, Bell Canada requested that the date for filing reply comments as set out in the Commission staff letter of 21 March 2013 be extended to 18 April 2013. Bell Canada stated that it had discussed the request with counsel to the Public Interest Advocacy Centre/Canada Without Poverty and received their support.

Commission staff considers that Bell Canada’s request for an extension is reasonable in the circumstances. Accordingly, the date for the reply comments is revised to 18 April 2013.
