RE: Rogers Application to Review and Vary Telecom Order CRTC 2013-287, Cochrane Telecom Services – Revisions to Wireless Access Tariff and Carrier Access Tariff regarding network interconnection
Dear Mr Mitchell:
On 29 October 2013 Commission staff issued requests for information to Rogers Communications Partnership (Rogers) and Cochrane Telecom Services (Cochrane), requesting that responses be filed on 8 November 2013, and reply comments on 13 November 2013.
On 12 November 2013, the Commission received a letter from Cochrane indicating that due to unforeseen circumstances, the company had been unable to file its interrogatory responses until 10 November 2013. Cochrane therefore requested an extension to the date of filing of reply comments from 13 November 2013 to 18 November 2013.
In light of the tight timing between the comment and reply periods, Commission staff considers that Cochrane’s request is reasonable. Parties may, therefore, file reply comments with the Commission by 18 November 2013.
