RE: Part 1 Application – Deferral Account Community Replacements
Dear Sir:
On 8 January 2014, TELUS Communications Company (TCC) advised the Commission that due to the holiday season, it did not realize that a request for information had been sent to it by Commission staff on 23 December 2013. TCC stated that it will respond to the request for information as quickly as possible and no later than Friday, January 17, 2014
While Commission staff agrees to allow TCC until no later than January 17 to respond to the request for information, TCC is encouraged to file its responses with the Commission as soon as possible prior to that date.
