RE: Request for extension
Eastlink - Part 1 Application – contract cancellation notice requirements

Staff is in receipt of a letter dated 29 January 2014, from Rogers Communications Partnership (Rogers), requesting an extension until 26 February 2014, to respond to Commission staff’s request for information. Rogers cited a lack of resources due to other ongoing Commission proceedings.

TELUS Communications Company filed a letter dated 30 January 2014, supporting Rogers’ request.

In the circumstances, in order to ensure a comprehensive record, Commission staff considers that Rogers’ request is appropriate.

Parties identified in the Commission staff letter dated 29 January 2014 will now have until 26 February 2014, to file their responses to the request for information.

Yours sincerely,
