RE: Review of wholesale mobile wireless services, Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2014-76 – Requests for changes to filing dates
By letter dated 10 April 2014, the Union des consommateurs (UC) requested changes to two key filing dates established in Review of wholesale mobile wireless services, Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2014-76, 20 February 2014. UC requested that the filing date for initial interventions be changed from 1 May 2014 to 22 May 2014 and that the filing date for additional interventions be changed from 20 August 2014 to 15 September 2014.
The Commission received comments on UC’s request from the Public Interest Advocacy Centre, Canadian Network Operators Consortium Inc., Bragg Communications Inc. and Quebecor Media Inc.
Commission staff hereby informs parties that the 1 May 2014 filing date for the initial interventions in this proceeding will be postponed. Changes to the filing dates of this proceeding will be issued next week.
