Dear Ms. Gibson:

Re:  Application number 2015-0006-7

This is in reference to your application (2015-0006-7), acting as the Canadian sponsor, to add the non-Canadian programming service, RTG, to the List of non-Canadian programming services authorized for distribution in Canada (List).

  1. At section 3.1.b.i. of the application form, you indicated “Langues Nationales – 2.75%” as a program language and percentage.  Please specify the actual languages forming part of 2.75% of the programming.
  2. Should the Commission approve this application, please specify the actual name that should be reflected on the List for this particular service, for example, RTG, Radio Télévision Guinéenne, or Radio Télévision Guinéenne (RTG)?

Bell Canada is required to provide the information requested above, which will be added to the public record, by no later than 21 January 2015.

The Commission requires that you submit your documents electronically using the secured service “My CRTC Account” (Partner Log In or GCKey) and fill in the “Broadcasting and Telecom Cover page” located on this web page. On this web page, you will also find a link to information on the submission of applications to the Commission “Submitting applications and other documents to the CRTC using My CRTC Account.”

A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.

Yours sincerely,
