Talentvision II – Revocation of licence

Fairchild Television Ltd. has requested the revocation of its broadcasting licence for the third-language, general interest, ethnic specialty Category B service Talentvision II, originally granted in Talentvision II – Specialty Category B service, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2013-88, 22 February 2013.
Given the licensee's request and pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to Fairchild Television Ltd. for the above-mentioned undertaking.
