Subject:  Possible ## between Téliphone Navigata-Westel Communications Inc. (TNW) and TELUS Communications Company (TCC) and Part 1 Application by TNW

Dear Sirs:

On 31 August 2016, TNW filed with the Commission a Part 1 application, requesting that the Commission provide TNW with 180 days to ## by TCC, as well as 90 days following ##.

On 2 September 2016, Commission staff advised parties that since the Part 1 application would have to be addressed by the Commission as soon as possible due to ##, TCC was to submit its answer by 12 September 2016, while TNW may file its reply comments by 13 September 2016.

On 13 September 2016, TNW filed a letter with the Commission indicating that it had determined that considerable time and resources would be required to adequately respond to TCC’s answers.  Due to travel schedules and availability, TNW did not believe that it could file its reply comments by 13 September 2016.  Accordingly, TNW requested a 24-hour extension to file its reply comments.

Commission staff notes that the requested extension is reasonable.  Accordingly, TNW is to file its reply comments by 14 September 2016.

All submissions are to be served on the other party no later than when they are filed with the Commission. Also, please be reminded that when filing a document in confidence, an abridged version of the same must also be filed at the same time.

Sincerely,
