Re: Request for the expedited treatment of a Part 1 application requesting relief from the priority carriage of OMNI stations

Mr. Shaikh,

We received your application wherein you requested that the Commission process, on an expedited basis, a request for relief from the priority carriage of OMNI stations.

In order to process this application in a timely fashion, the Part 1 process is modified as follows:

Interested persons have until 14 July 2017 to submit interventions relating to the application.

Shaw Communications Inc. has until 19 July 2017 to reply to the interventions.
