Subject: Request to Withdraw Application 2017-0880-2 – 3305670 Nova Scotia Company
Dear Mr. Levin:
The Commission is in receipt of a letter dated 6 July 2018 from Mr. Stephen Zolf of AIRD & BERLIS LLP, the designated representative to the Applicant in the above-noted application, to inform the Commission that the application was being withdrawn from Broadcasting Notice of Consultation CRTC 2018-106.
Following the request from Mr. Zolf, Broadcasting Notice of Consultation CRTC 2018-106-4 (https://crtc.gc.ca/eng/archive/2018/2018-106-4.htm) was published on 12 July 2018 to inform the public that the application had been withdrawn by the applicant. Furthermore, as noted in Broadcasting Notice of Consultation CRTC 2018-106-4, the Commission will not proceed further with application and it will not be rescheduled. The application is now closed and the Commission has disposed of all related documents. However, a copy of this letter and any correspondence related to the application’s withdrawal will be placed on the public record of the hearing.
