RE:   Application filed under Part I by the City of Terrebonne for a Municipal Access Agreement – Request to extend the response time

Dear Sir:

On May 27, 2019, Commission staff asked the City of Terrebonne (Terrebonne) to provide the Commission with answers to questions by June 10, 2019, in order to continue reviewing the file.

On June 10, 2019, the Commission received a letter from Terrebonne asking to extend the response time until June 14, 2019. Terrebonne explained that the person in charge of this file had been on holiday until June 3, 2019, and had not yet been able to compile all the necessary data to answer the questions. Terrebonne added that much of the work had already been completed.

Given the above and the relatively short extension being requested, we feel that this request is reasonable. Commission staff have therefore approved Terrebonne’s request, and the deadline for submitting the answers has been extended until June 14, 2019.

Sincerely,
