The CRTC is having a conversation with Canadians about the future of television in Canada.
This important conversation will inform how the CRTC will shape the Canadian television system in the next few years.
We want this conversation to reflect the views and opinions of Canadians from all across the country – different regions, languages, tastes and points of view. We’re calling on all Canadians to participate in this important discussion.
In order to provide as many ways as possible for Canadians to take part in this conversation, the CRTC is encouraging Canadians to organize group discussions and share their findings. These “Flash!” conferences will be organized by Canadians, for Canadians. Discussions can take many different forms – each group will be free to determine how to structure its own event.
Each “Flash!” conference needs to have a host who will set up the discussion, invite people to participate, and potentially report on what was said. Are you interested in hosting your very own “Flash!” conference?
