Naming files

Add numbers to your file names, in ascending order, so that the documents appear in correct order on the public file. File names should also include a brief description of the document content. For example, "Doc1-Overview", "Doc2-Intro", and so forth.

Zipping files

If you have more than one file, you may want to zip them, to minimize the number of files you're dealing with. For more information, go to WinZip.

When you submit an application package through epass, you need to electronically sign each attachment. When you zip several files together, you'll only need to sign once.

The maximum size of a zipped file with epass is 2MB. You can attach more than one zipped file, however, the total maximum size for all attachments is 10MB.
