Data Collection System

If you need to submit to DCS but don’t have an activation code, please request a code by using the contact form or by calling 819-997-4597.

Browser compatibility

The Broadcasting Online Form and Cover Page is best viewed with Internet Explorer (IE), versions 7 and up. You may experience difficulties completing the form if you use another browser or an older version of IE. We are working to resolve this issue.

In the interim, the CRTC’s IT Helpdesk will be available to answer questions on how to download IE versions 7 and up. Call us Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 7:00 to 19:00, Eastern Time, at:

GCKey

If you need to report a lost or stolen user ID or password or have had problems accessing information on the GCKey website, call:

Note: Your GCKey won't expire if you use it at least once every two years. If your GCKey does expire, you will need to register for a new GCKey.
