Expedited procedure for resolving a consumer and competitive issues

Following Telecom Circular CRTC 2004-2, the Commission will hold a public hearing commencing on 3 February 2006 at 8:55 a.m., at the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, to consider the following applications:

• Rogers Wireless Inc. vs Aliant Telecom Inc. – Part VII application regarding Aliant's Non-Compliance with the Bundling Rules and Telecom Decision CRTC 2004-21 (Withdrawn)
• Quebecor Media Inc. on behalf of Videotron Telecom Ltd. vs Bell Canada – Part VII application regarding Billing Dispute (Withdrawn)
