Following Telecom Circular CRTC 2004-2, the Commission will hold a public hearing commencing on 29 September 2006 at 9:00 a.m., at the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, to consider the following application:

• Complaint by TELUS Communications Inc. against Télébec, société en commandite regarding a billing dispute for transport charges for 800 services and for Carrier Access Tariff rates
