Following Telecom Circular CRTC 2004-2, the Commission will hold a public hearing commencing on 9 May 2008 at 9:00 a.m., at the Ramada Hotel Downtown Calgary, 708 8th Avenue S.W., Calgary, Alberta, to consider the following application:

• TELUS Communications Company seeking an order directing Shaw Cablesystems Limited to pay monthly and non-recurring charges relating to Shaw-owned facilities and equipment attached to TELUS' support structures
