Following Telecom Circular CRTC 2004-2, the Commission will hold a public hearing commencing on 5 September 2008 at 9:00 a.m., at the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, to consider the following application:

  • Ville de Baie Comeau regarding a dispute with TELUS Communications Company (TCC) related to the costs for the relocation of TCC telecommunications facilities
