Following Broadcasting and Telecom Information Bulletin CRTC 2009-38, the Commission will hold a public hearing commencing on 24 April 2009 at 9:00 a.m., at the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, to consider the following application:
