Local Programming

In preparation for the review of the Commercial Radio Policy, the Commission requested 73 stations in 12 markets to provide a summary of their local progarmming for the week of 17-23 April 2005 to gauge the amount of local programming being broadcast by Canadian radio stations.

Local programming on radio is defined as programming that originates from a radio station or is produced specifically for broadcast by a station.
