Chairman: À l'ordre s'il vous plaît.
Bonjour mesdames et messieurs et bienvenue à cette audience du Conseil. Mon nom est Yves Dupras, je suis conseiller pour la région du Québec et je présiderai cette audience. Les autres membres du Comité d’audition sont mes collègues Linda Vennard, conseillère pour la région d’Alberta et Territoires du Nord-Ouest et Christopher Macdonald, conseiller pour la région de l’Atlantique et du Nunavut. Sylvie Lévesque sera la secrétaire de cette audience et Adam Balkovec, conseiller juridique. Madame la Secrétaire, quels sont les articles à l'ordre du jour aujourd'hui?
Secretary: Merci, monsieur le Président.
On 29 June 2017, the Commission published Broadcasting Notice of Consultation CRTC 2017-223. On 24 August 2017, the Commission published an amended Notice, 2017-223-1, withdrawing two items from consideration at this hearing. The applications referenced in 2017-223, with the exception of the applications withdrawn in 2017-223-1, are being considered today without the appearance of the parties.
The Commission has received interventions for some of the applications and they have been placed on the public file for this hearing.

Chairman: I should emphasize that the matters that forms part of the Agenda will be given full consideration by the hearing panel and decisions will be released in due course after consultation with the full Commission.
