APPROVED - Acquisition of the assets of the television station CHEK-TV Victoria and its transmitters from Canwest Television GP Inc. (the general partner) and Canwest Media Inc. (the limited partner), carrying on business as Canwest Television Limited Partnership, and issuance of a broadcasting licence to continue the operation of the undertakings.
APPROVED - Renewal of the broadcasting licence for CHEK-TV Victoria until 31 August 2016.
