CRTC 2009-746 - approved the acquisition by Northwoods Broadcasting Limited of the assets of the radio stations CJUK-FM and CKTG-FM from Newcap Inc.

Update – 2012-02-09 – amalgamation on 2012-02-03 of Northwoods Broadcasting Limited and Acadia Broadcasting Limited and to continue under the name of Acadia Broadcasting Limited (in French: Société acadienne de radiotélévision, limitée).
