Pursuant to Public Notice CRTC 1985-180 dated 7 August 1985, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for CJAR The Pas, by deleting the condition of licence which requires the station to operate as an affiliate of the CBC English-language AM radio network service.
The Commission notes that the full CBC English-language AM radio network service will continue to be available to the area through the programming of CBWJ-FM The Pas.
