Following a Public Hearing held in the National Capital Region on 28 May 1991, the Commission approves the application for a special FM licence for a French-language community radio programming undertaking (Type A) at Chéticamp/Saint-Joseph-du-Moine, on the frequency 99.9 MHz, channel 260, with an effective radiated power of 31 watts, to broadcast "L'Escaouette se diffuse", from 1 to 4 August 1991.
The Commission will issue a licence, the term of which will be 1 to 4 August 1991, subject to the conditions specified in this decision and in the licence to be issued.
It is a condition of licence that the applicant devote not more than 20% of the station's total broadcasting time to advertising, in accordance with the community radio policy for Type A stations.
