(CANCOM) network, even though the same programs are distributed by the local station affiliated to TVA.

Box 280, 95 East Broadway, Yorkton, Saskatchewan, S3N 2V9, to amend the licence to carry on the broadcasting transmitting undertaking for CKBI-TV-5 Big River, by increasing the station's power from 8.9 watts (transmitter power) to 27 watts (effective radiated power) and by changing the channel from 10 to 4.

The applicant states that these amendments are required due to technical interference originating from CIPA-TV-1 Alticane, Saskatchewan. The applicant also indicates that the CKBI-TV-5 Big River coverage will be improved and even increased as a result of the proposed changes.
